Coolidge Corner Theatre

Coolidge Corner Theatre is one of New Boston’s many theaters, and one of the places to go in New Boston that you should visit when you’re in the area. Open since 1909, the theater is a nonprofit organization that has hosted high-profile screenings of local films. In addition to movies, the theater has live music and comedy performances.

The Coolidge Corner Theatre hosts a monthly film series. You can watch classic and art house movies there, or catch the latest blockbuster. The cinema is elegantly decorated, and offers an intimate movie experience. During the summer months, you can enjoy a matinee screening of a new release.

A recent article in Time Out Boston lauded the theater’s efforts. A capital campaign was launched in January 1989, and the nonprofit organization had to raise $2.6 million to purchase the building. As the deadline grew closer, the community showed strong support. As a result, 400 local residents formed a giant circle and hugged the building to show their support.

The Coolidge Corner Theatre has been one of New Boston’s best cinemas for over seven decades. It was originally built in 1906 and was converted into a movie theater after the Great Depression. The theater has four screens and hosts art house and second-run films. It is the only Art Deco-style cinema in the Boston area.

The Boston Public Market is a lively place with a variety of foods. Rub your thumb over the pineapple sage, marvel at a crate of pattypan squash, and smell the sun-warmed heirloom tomatoes. You can even meet a farmer dressed in dress slacks.

Legal Harborside

Legal Harborside is a popular nightlife destination in the area. The restaurant has lounge furniture and a variety of specialty drinks. On the second floor, you can find an 80-bottle wine list that includes family-owned wineries. Sushi Boats are also available, and you can enjoy the view from the rooftop. The restaurant is closed during the colder months but opens up again in the summer.

Legal Harborside is the flagship restaurant of Legal Sea Foods and is located right on the Boston Waterfront. The restaurant features three concepts under one roof, including a raw bar, oyster bar, and four-season rooftop lounge. The restaurant is located in the Seaport District and is within easy walking distance of Boston’s cultural landmarks like the Institute of Contemporary Art. It is also close to the Renaissance Boston Waterfront and the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.

Legal Harborside is an urban dining experience with a modern flair. Its waterfront location provides a picturesque setting for a casual lunch or dinner. It is located at Liberty Wharf in the Seaport district and occupies a space of nearly 20,000 square feet. Legal Harborside is adjacent to the historic Fish Pier and is also located right next to Logan Airport.

Oyster happy hours

If you’re looking for a good oyster happy hour in New Boston, try the Loco Taqueria and Oyster Bar. Tuesday is oyster happy hour, and you can enjoy two oysters for the price of one until they’re gone. You can also get salmon poke or fried hen of the woods.

The Back Bay Irish pub is another good spot for a happy hour, with dollar oysters served until 10am. You’ll also be able to enjoy West Coast oysters at State Street Cafe, which serves them daily from 4-6pm until close. At the State Street Cafe, you can enjoy $2 Miller High Life and $3 charcuterie while enjoying the oyster happy hour.

Pioneer Days Festival

If you are looking for a fun, family-friendly event, you must not miss the 51st Annual New Boston Pioneer Days Festival! It will be held August 17 through 20 and features a carnival, live music, and arts & crafts. The festival will also include a treasure hunt and a rodeo. There will also be drawings for a $500 and $1,000 prize. Lastly, the festival will end with a concert by Mo Pitney.

Pioneer Days Festival is free, and there are no admission or parking costs. You’ll find a complete list of events here. There are two parades during the day: the first is at 10 AM and closes at noon. There will also be a Car & Motorcycle Show. The Car & Motorcycle Show will open at 11 AM on N. Ellis Street. The awards ceremony will take place at 2 PM.

The Pioneer Days Festival is a fun family event held each August in New Boston, Texas. There will be food vendors, carnival games, Rodeos, and lots of live music. The festival will also have activities for kids, such as a mud run, antique tractor show, and 4-wheel mud race.
